Junior Analyst

Build your equity research and market analysis skills under the mentorship of a Senior Analyst, contributing to write-ups for upcoming issues.

Senior Analyst

Lead in-depth equity and macro research, mentor Junior Analysts, and help shape the direction of each issue.

Editor

Edit and fact-check submissions ahead of publication, ensuring every piece meets our editorial standard.

Operations

Keep the club running day to day: event planning, industry partnerships, design, and outreach across campus.

How It Works

Our Recruitment Process

  1. 01

    Applications Open

    We recruit new members at the beginning of the fall semester. Applications are announced on our social media and through McGill finance channels.

  2. 02

    Submit Your Application

    Complete a short application including CV and covering your interest in markets, relevant coursework, any prior experience etc. No finance background required.

  3. 03

    1st Round Interview

    Selected applicants are invited to a first round behavioral interview with our team to discuss fit and interests.

  4. 04

    2nd Round Interview

    Selected applicants are invited to a second round technical interview with our team
